The Libertyville Residence
For this Libertyville residence, our design centers on creating a strong connection to the outdoors, with natural light filtering in from every angle to create bright, inviting living spaces. A predominantly neutral material palette provides a timeless foundation, while thoughtfully placed design moments bring character and visual interest to each room. The main living area was designed to accommodate both lively entertaining and everyday family gatherings, while the basement serves as a dedicated retreat for the adults and their two growing teenagers.
Designed from the ground up, this five-bedroom, six-bathroom home was thoughtfully customized to reflect the homeowners' unique style and vision. While the overall design embraces a modern aesthetic with a neutral color palette, carefully selected textures, accents, and lighting create a space that feels distinctly personal. Many of these design elements were inspired by the homeowners' homeland of Poland, resulting in a home that balances contemporary sophistication with meaningful cultural influences.
Green Oaks Residence
For this Green Oaks, Illinois home, we’ve been tasked with reimagining the property in phases, beginning with enhancements to a primary bathroom and the home office. We updated the office with custom wall paneling and bespoke cabinetry that promotes a modern aesthetic while complementing the traditional architecture around it. For the bathroom, we incorporated elements like beautiful marble shelving, a custom vanity top, and new shower tiling with a single, deliberate color accent.
Kenwood Residence
Our team transformed this residence with modern details that enhance the home’s vintage charm. Updated lighting and furniture were incorporated to blend seamlessly with original windows and woodwork, and the owners’ Turkish heritage was showcased upon their request via rugs sourced from Turkey and patterns and colors that call to mind home.
Forest Glen Residence
For this home, we employed interior design for new home construction techniques that merged a contemporary aesthetic with vintage details. Using a base palette of black and white, we gave the home a classic and elegant look, then incorporated a lovely and calming green accent to the kitchen, the true center of the home.
