High above Midtown Manhattan, this financial firm enjoys something rare for the neighborhood — an office that looks out over a city park. Kuchar carried the vintage character of the building into the interior rather than erasing it, then introduced modern moments throughout. Soft arched openings in wood, framed with ribbed glass, lead between spaces, while vintage-inspired wallpapers and watercolor-like carpeting soften the palette.
